Anyone know what these mounting brackets are for?

Anyone know what these brackets are for? They are located on the lower grille in front of the radiator.

I bought this truck 9 months ago and just found these, I know the previous owner was running some sort of air setup (Probably a compressor as it has an Air Up sticker in the bed and hole) As well as 3 switches on the center arm console, just kind of curious! I am also willing to bet the original owner was on the site at some point.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks!

Any chance I can run a hidden LED bar off of those? Sorry I don't know much about these mounts!

I guess it's possible. I never thought of that, but you could give it whirl. How are your Fab skills?

I'd say you could. Likely a 30" dual row bar would fit, but measuring would be a good idea. Might have to punch some holes. Hard to say.

The previous owner had 3 switches on the arm rest and one next to the 110v power switch

Sounds like the PO was running a bunch of stuff. You'll probably find a bunch of hidden gems pointing to previously installed stuff.

God I would love to find some previous threads on this specific truck!

I got an amazing deal from the dealer and the PO took amazing care of it. Here is what I know has been done to it

    • Back up camera bypass button
    • Apex Rock Sliders
    • Air comp
    • 3" Lift not blocks but can read the struts blue and yellow?
    • 3 switches center arm rest
    • 1 switch next to 110v switch
    • Front tow hitch
    • Tires are bigger than stock 285/70/R17
    • Rear Bumper cut outs (capped)
    • +1 Leaf

Out of curiosity how would he/she have gotten a 3" lift with stock? + Add a Leaf?

Any number of ways to lift a truck. If the truck is no longer sporting a 3" lift, he/she maybe yanked the lift and put the stock stuff back in. Don't think you can get a 3" lift with stock stuff.
