Trucks...if I get a CBI moab1.0 with the grill guard and headlight loops how hard would it be to rebend the headlight loops to look more like the relentless predator? Should I just get it without headlight loops and have a local fab make me the flared headlight loops? Idaho Falls is way closer than Reno.

I think it'd be a lot easier to order it without hoops and then have a fab shop build some for you. It'd be a lot less work and probably cheaper honestly.

Did you talk to Nathan at CBI yet? They might be able to accommodate that? I know they've said in the past that they don't stray from their design, but you never know.

I will say if I got a front bumper again I would skip the headlight hoops. In the last few years I haven't seen much benefit to them besides being able to see the width of the front from the driver's seat. And if the front got impacted by a deer I think the headlight and front stuff would get smashed no matter what. Plus it's extra weight.

I talked to them about a year ago and he said they always have a Moab on the shelf ready to go. I thought about it, but it seems kind of insulting to ask someone to make there product appear more like their competitors. I agree they probably provide little in function, but I like how they look on the relentless. Probably makes sense to get it without then get them fabbed down the road.

Just order a relentless bumper haha

Or hold out for the new pelfrybuilt bumper... @Pelfreybilt @Socalduckslayer @mh.meier

If none of those then yes getting them made by a different fabricator later would be better. I don't like head light hoops either personally.

    .....soon....

And wtf, Sheridan? Is that where you've always been, or is Powell the homefront?

How long are you there for? My company has offices in Gillette and Buffalo (and Douglas too but who cares). If you're there for a while I may have to make a trip out that way. I miss them there Big Horns.

Idaho falls is a two hour drive and thus no shipping cost, last I knew anything pelfrey doesn't make 1st gen bumpers.

I used to post in their main thread like every week to annoy tyler about it haha

    Never did though.

Hopefully something comes from it. They make great stuff so I'm sure it won't disappoint. 1st gens need a great bumper option again.
