Finally picked up a set of tire deflators. Got em on Amazon for $20.

 

Those are real pretty for 20 bucks!

 

Great price. Now if I can just get some on board air this airing down will not be a hassle anymore

 

next tacoma should have that function instead of the crawl control button . air down tires with a push of a button and air back up without getting off the truck to do it manually lol

Lol. $20 bucks for something to deflate tires is fair to me. What you get for paying more than that is ripped off.

just setting the psi may be a bitch or getting them to stay at the psi you set!

Yes. I will probably set em at 18psi. That's what I usually run for the semi difficult trails.

Shouldnt be an issue. Just need to air down my spare tire to the desired psi then slowly turn these till they hiss and back it out a hair.

 

They are a pain to keep calibrated. One twist and they're jacked up. Set em at 18 but then need 8 in mud or sand and you're there with a stick and gage playing games. But I know quite a few that use them and like them.

 

18 is what I like. I only lower if there is deep sand or some serious rocks

 

I've got a set of those cheap ones too. Still trying to figure them out. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.
