I vote bottom w/ no color for one side...

...and this with more headlight detail for the other.

Also vote knurled edge if it can be done but I bet that's a pain for the manufacturing process.

Was there consensus on the charity suggestion?
I would throw my $0.02 in that direction, I think that it should be a military or LE organization.

 

Just thinking out loud. If there are issues with the headlight/front end design, maybe a design that mashes together the US and Canadian flag on the back.

 

And Puerto Rico, Guam, and Germany?

So I got my first quote back last night. Initial setup included, going with an antique silver finish (@ERMB's last design, this is still flexible) and color on both sides, we are looking at just under $5 a coin. Assuming postage is coming in at around $5 per order, one coin would be $10, 2 coins $15, 3 coins $20, etc. I'm also looking into other postage alternatives, like bulk. More to come on that as I learn it.

So...all we need now is a full-scale design war and to hear back from @tcBob!
