These are Halogen bulbs, just with a blue coating and Xenon gas. The light throws as far if not farther than stock halogens. The whiter light helps visibility as the stock were yellowish and didn't show as much contrast as these. Excellent bulbs for the price.

Our concierge at work thought it would be funny to add additional wheel weights to the passenger front wheel. Well played.

I say f**k that dealership and take somewhere else where they treat you better. Actually i'd of told her what i thought on the phone LOL .. it doesn't matter where you bought the vehicle, the toyota care service can be done at any dealership.

Bob just texted me from the offroad shop. He still thinks it's drive shaft angles they are going to test it without the drive shaft he said Nitro also has seen that problem with some lift kits and if the noise goes away I'm going to need a double cardan driveshaft.

Appreciate y'alls input. To me what does it matter where it was purchased from?

I told the lady today was my only day off that I work 24hour shifts and a side job... But if it was going to be a hassle I can take it to the dealership I brought it from.

FML lol, all this for an oil change.

It's covered under Toyotacare...they get paid by Toyota. Who gives a flying rat fuck where you got it from?

One question I've never gotten at any service department anywhere - "didja buy it here?" WTF?

Either she's an idiot or she's doing what her management told her to do. Either way that raises a red flag for that service department. They might even charge the customer for service they also get paid for by corporate.

I'd address it with the dealership management. If you get a bad vibe from him/her, bail and tell your friends to avoid the place.

They slide off with just using your fingers.
When you install the new ones they are 'keyed' so they also just slide on.
Best to look at the directions since it will show you how they are keyed.
If you just look at the back of the knob like I did it is not obvious how it is keyed.

That is so right! There's a Flat side on the radio control Stud that the knob needs to go over. When you look at the inside of the knob, there's a section that looks like it is squared off and you'd think that that's the section that goes over the flat part of the stud. Well, it didn't fit that way! I finally got it on and they look great, work great and are on there nice and snug!

The only issue I have with rattle can'ing an exhaust tip it that It will likely get destroyed and will need to be repainted often. Being right behind the back tire, i can just envision it getting rock chips constantly. The main reason I am looking at the AFE Hi-Tuck is that you will never see the exhaust tip, thus giving me some extra clearance and, it's not obnoxiously loud either.

I took mine when my maintenance light popped on around 5k and the dealer told me the oil was fine and let me run it to 10K miles before they changed the oil
