I've searched here and found several different PN's used that are a different size. The one I've shared are a perfect fit.
The slot doesn't stick out too far to get a good grab on the rail for whatever is mounted, the nut as a whole isn't too thick so less worry of bottoming out the bolts used, there is little play/slop when it's in the rail even without being mounted to anything.
It's just truly perfect in every way! And uses 1/2" hardware which is generally easier to find than 3/8" hardware, in stainless.

No inspection required except when you first buy your vehicle and then it never gets inspected again.
Registration is adjusted per the vehicle value, so it does drop every year at least. Mine is going to cost $314 this year for the truck.

Really wanted to be able to throw my tax return at tires and maybe some other inexpensive mods. Looks like it'll be tires and registration only

The inspection part is acceptable. Take you vehicle once while it's stock, then mod the fuck out of it and you don't get your pee pee slapped for aftermarket mods!
