Round 1 of snow - That is my windshield wiper sticking up through the snow. I had them flipped up off the windshield.

Lost power on 6 Feb 10 (and part of my mind) and decided to grill out. No power for about 36 hours. We were lucky, others were out for days. It was a cold night though. We (wife, kids and I) had a good time grilling. I think the neighbors had a laugh too.

Round 2 - This is a cool snow drift showing the snow that was blown onto the bottom of my truck.

Just thought I'd show our snow in Germantown, MD. Also, this post puts me over 100.

I'm almost a little bit jealous.

We used to have some really heavy winters here in Utah, but these last 10 years have just been getting milder and milder. This year has been one of the mildest I've ever seen. The ski resorts seem to be doing ok, but just hardly nothing in the valley. I'm actually pretty disappointed about it.

And I just bought a snow blower last fall, anticipating a heavy winter. Used it five times this year, and one doesn't really count since it was to just clear the side of the driveway for a visitor to park. The temperature is getting to the point I'm planning on getting it ready for storage until next year.

The snow pile that you cant really see along the passengers side is probably 5 ft tall...almost as tall as my truck!

Haha, yes I remember that. That was about 4 months after I got my license lol. I was also at a friends house that night so I had to drive back through the un-plowed roads the next morning. Good thing I had a 4x4 full size bronco back then.
