Anybody have a spare bellhousing for an NP435 to bolt up to a 70's 318 just sitting around collecting dust?

Well last night talking with the girlfriend I realized that MA regulates all three things I love doing: shooting, drinking, and working on my truck.

So just spent my lovely (heavy sarcasm) morning at the DMV...anyone have a good recommendation for a shop to get my truck's emissions done as well as mounting a front license plate holder? Willing to drive about anywhere in RI for good work

 

I think there's a guy on here that makes and sells a front license plate holder, or some type of relocation bracket thingy... not sure if that would work for you, but might be worth checking into it if it would.

I bet there is probably some clown on Youtube who has a video where he teachs one to tactically replaces a flat tire. Bet it includes 5.11 pants, somersaults, and a black highlift with para cord on it. If there is not that would be a hilarious Tacomaworld meet and greet project.

Yeah I was just looking through that one. You had some good points. I think once I get another vehicle and this becomes a trail rig I'll regear and do a SAS

I don't understand why he feels the need to regear...
Let's spend thousands of dollars because the truck downshifts out of 6th on hills. Seems like it would make a lot more sense to just let the transmission do its job. Or, if you don't like listening to it shift out of sixth, just put it in Tow/Haul or Sport and lock out 6th gear.

I'mma go tell him. Should work well.
