Do you just post pics of your slightly dirty truck in lots of threads or just this one?

The grey sport looks good! I wish I had a sport double cab long box but I really had offroad itch when I got the truck a year ago.

Oh.... WOW. I was totally with you on this build. Just about to leave crazy praise for your determination to have an MGM TRD Pro clone...until i saw this. Are you nuts? Isn't this similar to someone pouring thousands into a '69 Yenko Chevelle clone and throwing a 4.3 V6 from a '92 S10 under the hood? Never seen that done?... ME EITHER! What would be the point????

The truck is beautiful sir, and i am not being an asshole... You're doing a great job. I am just totally lost on the 2WD Pro clone concept. Sorry.

Looks nice to me. If you don't need 4x2, I guess you don't need it.

It's a lot easier to enjoy what you own if you don't ask others opinion.
It looks good and as you said it fits your needs. Goals met.

Technically, it could be said that the "poseur" in this equation is Toyota by offer the PRO model.
The owner and or aftermarket built Tacomas set the standard, Toyota just capitalised on an existing demand in the market.

Probably better to just not throw stones from either side.

I was hanging with my family out in Ocotillo and took some pics while my kids played. I was giving him crap on his clean truck. Calm down amigos. Lol
I got a TRD pro because I need something under warranty that can get squirrely if I want to. Unfortunately my passion is driving more than fixing. I'm a surfer and office worker so I work to pay for my toys and my spare time is not spent fixing them. So "poseur" up! HahaIMG_1252.jpg

Hey man, it's your truck....do what you want with it.

It looks good no doubt. The only thing I want that you have is...heated seats ! I did not want a sunroof in my OR so I was unable to get heated seats. I'll remedy that in the future.

    MGM FTW !!!

Nice job! I took the sport decals on the side of the bed off of mine. Didn't really like the look.

    Great pictures too!

So far so good! Nice job making it what YOU want. I'm doing something similar with my truck,
How do the 265s work with no lift?
