I have a question about the tailgate lock thingy. Is it a special bit for the screw and is each one specific to that lock? If not, couldnt a thief just carry around one of those bits?

 

Its a T27 bit - not sure how special that is tbh

Tell me about it man. I grew up where everybody on my street left their doors unlocked, I would leave the windows down on my car overnight.

First day at a new job in the bay got my window smashed out for a purse. I had two other friends get smashed over empty back packs and an old pair of shoes. It's crazy out here, can't leave anything in the car.
