    Same problem that I have going to concerts..and I agree with you. The rare time last yr I sold tickets it was not premeditated, but someone couldn't go.

    Mcdaniels might be a bit over rated. How did he do in denver? He has one more shot at HC better pick a team with a decent QB.

    It's possible. He's been a hell of an OC for us, but he's also been working under Belichick and w/Brady, who do a fair bit of play calling themselves.

    Honestly, though, I think the biggest reason he wasn't interested in coaching the 49er's is that going from being an OC for one of the most successful teams in the league to coaching one of the worst (no offense to 49er's fans; I'm just basing that on their records lately) and being the one blamed for any games lost wouldn't really be a career upgrade.

    Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
    I like the hire. We just need a competent GM to go with it. I really hope they hire the either Pioli from ATL or Eliot Wolf from GB. It doesn't look like Pioli is on the radar anymore though, so I hope Wolf is the hire. I think he and Shanahan would work great together.

    I think this has to be viewed as more than a 1-2 yr fix..and whomever is brought in needs to be given some time to try and bring about change, be it as a HC..coordinator..player..whatever.

    Crennel I can agree to a point but who could do much with the Browns? Charlie Weis I never saw as HC material and he was actually a Parcells guy first, as was Romeo.

    McDaniels is one example sure..whom else?

    Peyton is keeping everybody guessing. I could picture him in the announcement booth before coaching, but you never know. He certainly doesn't need the money any time too soon.
