    Did you bake these? I have done this to my 04 subaru and could not get the reseal done correctly. I'm scared to do this on my new truck lol

    So are the dealers less stingy when filling up the fluids during check ups than the factory is when building these trucks? Hearing a lot of reports of fluids and greases not up the spec from the factory.

    Thats the problem...Single cross cardan joints must be equal angles on both ends. If one is straight and one is at a big angle, it will cause the driven end to rotate at a non constant speed relative to the input. The double cardan section will cancel out the issue and smooth out the driven side.

    He is correct. On a jeep, it is normally the very short rear drive shaft that need the double cardan. I understand the tendency to question the guy after all that has happened, but if he said one end is straight and one has a big angle, this is a classic no-no and tells me that he isn't a complete moron.

    Lets keep in mind that, if the first set of rear gears were bad....this guy still may have never screwed anything up and it has just been a long process of fixing issues. Frustrating for everyone.

    Tacoma new tires 1.jpg I think this is what you want. I have 2Gen 5100s set at .85, 1/2"spacer dr side,1/4" spacer pass side, 5100s rear no lift. Gives 1.5" front lift on stock OR coils. I got 22.5" center hub to bottom of fender flare.
