Is there a good webpage to learn about all this? What model years are effected, when did they say that wouldn't do anything, when did they change their mind?

No, he's talking about the access holes I had to cut cause fucking toyota put weld nuts in the frame and did a shit job of welding them in place. I had mobtown weld them back shut.... and then forgot to weld the nut I put back there in place, so no my sway bar is non-removable

 

Yeah, I haven't looked at the frame in a while, there's definetly surface rust but as far as I can tell there's no holes anywhere yet, although the rear hitch is not in the best shape

 

But the fluid stains that will be in that driveway

Hmm.... maybe a bearing failure.... are your lug nuts tight? Lugs on alloy wheels have to be retightened after a couple hundred miles or they come off....
