My PreRunner didn't come equipped with fogs, so I bought a cheap set off Ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/2012-2015-Toyota-Tacoma-Clear-Lens-Bumper-Fog-Lights-Driving-Lamps-Bulbs-Switch-/381584924369?fits=Model:Tacoma&hash=item58d83bded1:g:MtAAAOSwwpdW-0Qg&vxp=mtr) that included the Tacoma switch. Wiring really is quite simple; power line, ground line, remote line. I used a mini dual fuse adapter (https://www.amazon.com/Mini-Fuse-Circuit-Adapter-Terminals/dp/B00AK0TGRS) and connected it up to my parking brake fuse. I have a set of these same projector LED fogs AND a sweet stormtrooper retrofitted heads from Capn, just haven't found the time to install them.

$136 is still better than $170. I may grab a set when I get paid.

I bought a set of the lights you mention in this thread, may I ask what size fuse you used in the add-a-fuse?

    Thanks

The normal fog lights use a 10 amp fuse. I have a pair of LED pods in my fog lights and they are running off the 10 amp too. If you use the 5 amp and it draws to much power itll just blow the fuse. So, if you put them in turn on the fogs and they dont come on or turn right off then you need a bigger fuse. But if you want to be safe contact the manufacturer and ask what they recommend. My money is the 10 amp but do your due diligence.

Thanks...found an online calculator that showed Watts/Volts=Amps, so 55/12=4.6, assume this is per light, so 10 should be sufficient. Thanks for the replies.
