I did that sort of recently, make sure you keep the stock clamp cause all the bellows come with lame ass zip ties. I think I ended up getting the AC Delco one on rock auto.

I have spent a lot of time hammering and cutting, pinch weld is N/A, and I'm still rubbing with 3/4 turn. I am debating 15x8 instead of 15x10, or more lift... Don't want to do a BL tho. I do like the 33s. I feel like the wideness helps in the slick clay I find my self in.

There is a fine balance with Backspacing/offset.

The further you push the tires out the more they eat into the fenders as you turn. Kind of hard to explain but fairly simple to visualize if you think about the tire as a rectangle(looking down on it). Now as you turn think about how the corners of the rectangle move and where they go. Put your body in the way of them now and think about how the corners cut into the body. If you move the tire way far out, you'll see that now the tire hit the lower back part of the front fender.

Too far in and the tire hits the UCA and cuts into the frame as you turn.

It is possible to find the right balance of offset/BS but it totally different for each wheel/tire combo as wheel width and of course tire width and height all contribute to this.

If that makes sense. Like I said, hard to explain.

It rubs inside fender on the passenger side mostly. It will rub driverside at full turn. I think the truck was wrecked on the passenger side before I bought it back in 2013.

I was just wondering if it was plastic or sheet metal. I understand the bs'ing ordeal. My 265s barely rubbed the frame and I got 1" spacers. Cut some plastic and beat the pinch weld, imagine it's going to be like I'm building a house clearancing for 12.50s

Ah, I'm not much of a hammer and grinder kinda guy but I want 12.50s down the road:D

Well, 12.5s take a lot of hammering. haha Worth it.

On my 33x12.5r15s I ended up rolling the lower part of the fender in on itself. Kept it from cutting the tires and would just self clearance at that point lol

Anyone have recommendations on some bright round offroad lights? I currently have Hellas 500ff but theyre not that bright. I would like to stick with some round lights that I can mount onto my trail gear front bumper.
