One reason I think she even toyed with the idea of the three of us, is that she is torn between the two, and can't decide so in conclusion wants both. That being understandable, I told her blatantly that two is company and three is a crowd for the most part along with my previously stated reasons.

Either way situation sucks But if I have to wait, it will totally be worth ever passing moment. I'd rather see her happy with someone else instead of not with myself...but here's to hoping the opposite.

He's more of the generous type it seems. But he doesnt fulfill her 'needs' so to speak so his reasoning is beyond me.
