Either way is cool but I think it would be better to start from the high school because if we start there we will be driving UP a rocky, rutted, potentially wet/slippery dirt road rather than coming down it if we start in SB. The high school is only 30 mins or so from the 101/154 interchange in SB so it's not too bad.

What suspension are going to be running and what are you doing with the old stuff ? Are you getting rid of your OME stuff that you have on your sig?

I'll be putting in the OME stuff =), been stock too long (4 years almost 70K miles) As for the stock suspension, its not worth much...

    885 + Billies @ 0 (hopefully 2.5-3" of lift) & 1.5" AAL + OME shocks + TSB

That's exactly the set up I'm hoping to run eventually. So far just Billies w/ stock coils set at 1.75 for me. Do you mind if I take a ride in your truck to feel how it rides? That's going to look sick man. Congrats.

Went up today from the base of the mountain to the peak on the Santa Ynez side on my quad. The rain did a number on the road so there are some good ruts, exposed rocks, and the river crossings are flowing good. Perfect for a Tacoma run. :D

Is there any requirements for the trip (i.e. 4X4, relocated rear diff breather)?

I'm not sure myself, but i'm planning on doing the rear diff breather mod this weekend at mod day. We have a chance of some rain this weekend, so it might be a little muddy when we go :D

River crossings are not deep enough to require any mods. More like creek crossings. Maybe up to the center caps of your wheels. They are very minor.

I thought we could meet up in the parking lot of the high school. It would be a good spot for a group photo. I was hoping for morning some time. Like 10 or 11?

J-Bird, want to post a poll with times for a meet up on the 27th?
