Yes I've run it a few times at the track with the new 8 point cage and it hooks very well on the hit and it feels really good

However the new motor will be a 13.5:1 408 around 750hp NA @ the crank . This sbc will also be a nitrous motor with 2 kits 200hp , So that's 1150hp on juice

The 8 pt cage is built well with the door bars tied into the front subframe , the main hoop tied into the rockers with the kickers tied into the subframe connectors . the rear bars are welded to the rear shock mount location

For added strength the main hoop has a rocker bar that ties the main hoop to the front of the door bars to add more strength

The reason for the front windshield bars and halo is just to add (4) more attachment points further strengthening the chassis

remember the 8 point cage is only certified to 9.99 ET whereas the 10 point cage certified to 8.50 ET

Ty for the explanation. They keep changing things so that's why I wasn't understanding. So what are your plans for a tow vehicle and trailer?

My old Viper alarm , brain was not working correctly and would arm then disarm by its self and the reason for getting the new Viper alarm

This new alarm is very nice with features I really like . The remote start awesome and have a 1 mile range plus it also has a cell phone app were I can unlock /lock the doors or remote start from anywhere with no mileage restriction . It also has a GPS locater

Now I can start my truck before I get to it so if its warm or cold outside the heater or air conditioner will be adjusting the temp

    Mine was $500 installed

Case and Zippo ARE Bradford Pa. Not much else there and both are quality products IMO. Still carry a pocket knife even in a suit, usually a Case. On ships carried a Buck for a work knife they were well used and abused scraping machinery flanges, cutting gaskets, etc.

I used a coal shovel when I first shoveled. Always tried to get dad to put a blade on the tractor he never did. I come home from college and he had a brand new John Deere with cab and a real snow blower.

Same here, and fields. People used to ask permission before they even took a step on someone else's property. It was also simple respect. What ever happened to that???

This deserves one of those double likes, or love buttons. Your a good man Tim.

Mine is 3 years old and may at some point soon have to upgrade it. My Smart Start phone app connection uses 2G and AT&T is shutting down the 2G towers, this month in fact. So it is switching over to Verizon which is working for me so far. The new one I got my friend uses CDMA and Verizon so should go for quite awhile. Hoping I don't have to upgrade. It is nice to sit in a meeting and when it is almost over start the truck with my phone. And get in a warm truck when it is below zero and just pull out and go home. Nice hell, it is great!
