Urd 7th injector is about it. I would also upgrade the fuel pump and pulley. Don't bother with headers.

It is also very important to know if it comes with everything. Parts are damn hard to source now and expensive. If it doesn't have ALL the parts for the dynamic tensioner, especially the bracket and bolts, then that's a $300 part. Throttle bracket too. Even some of the mount bolts are a pain to find.

Bought my T100 axle for $325. Put in all new seals, new ARB, 4.88s, disc brakes, and trussed it off of Jberry's truss pattern from relentless for about $2500. Didn't mess with new yoke or bolt pattern. For me it was better than paying $4500 for a 9" considering my axle is now pretty much brand new. Not as beef as a 9". Will it ever break? Doubtful.

Baja Designs has some really little ones that are pretty rad. You can get them with or without a switch on them too.

Anyone selling or know of anyone selling a DTF (Dezert Toy Fab) or a Solo Motorsports Long travel kit for a 2nd gen Tacoma?? I am going to be ordering a DTF kit in a month or so but thought I would see if there were any used/cheaper ones out there? Solo is the only other kit I would consider.

I already have a switch on my dash so it was ready for me. Plus for me it is a pain to reach up to the light outside the truck since I bypass the door switch.

Does anyone who has gotten rid of their tailgate still have these brackets? I want to throw my tailgate back on but misplaced both these brackets.

Why aren't you doing a vertical coilover with the lower mount on the trail arms?

Well this was not my original plan, I was planning to go that route. Apparently specific illustration of what I wanted were not enough. However I am not unhappy with this setup and it should meet my requirements. Overall better clearance and less work than a fully 4-link trailing arm setup. Also with how little space there is forward of the axle a trailing arm setup would not be that much more beneficial compared to a long bed or extend cab where the shocks could be further mounted up the link. This setup (from my understanding) will also help clear they tires when stuffed and may not require the frame to be notched. If I do plan on going full desert rig I would just have to add trailing arms and unbolt the shock from the axle and move it down to the link.

I actually just want to get the truck drivable and out of the shop at this point. If I had them redo everything it would be in there for months!

If the bed cage isn't already built wouldn't it be just as easy to build a simple lower trailing arm and build the bed cage around what you wanted rather than build your new setup around a compromise with the possibility of redoing it better. If your paying for someone to do the work you might as well have them build it how you wanted it, so you don't regret the compromise later down the road.

What length coilovers are you running?
