We don't get plows an I do my sidewalks. Looks like I'm in the wrong hood.

 

Yeah in the summer there is no benefit, just old people with no lives walking around trying to ruin yours. But in the winter they leave, its too cold and we get the things we need. its a 50/50

 

Hate HOAs, worst part if home ownership. Some people just have miserable lives and they insist on having company.

 

I agree but we only have to deal with them half the year. The old and sickly leave every winter.

 

Hoa suck but also don't suck. I live in a neighborhood with no hoa and half the houses have weeds that are 2 feet tall and broken fences, houses that are in desperate need of repair. If there was an hoa that wouldn't ever get that bad.

 

My PT said I'm out of commission until my knee is better. No powpow for me

Skihaus is good but expect a decent wait time. They get pretty busy.

Jeez man where do you live?? I get lucky because a Mtn Line route passes in front of my house so they plow regularly.

Ah you're not too far from me. I'm in Bow and Arrow between CCC and Lake Mary Rd

 

The City should be dealing with those houses. I know when I lived in Chandler, they have people that drive around and give warnings and even cite people for weeds out of control.

Also certified. Got my cert in Pleasant, mostly dive tropical waters but have done some diving outside of Santa Cruz... shit was cold as faaawwwwkkkk

 

But it is a Tacoma it will last forever and it is Toyota so it will hold it's value LOL

 

I got certified at La Jolla Beach and Catalina Island. The surf at LJB was hell and cold, and Catalina Island was beautiful and cold AF. I always wore a 5mm suit and still, wasn't enough. Shortly after I started diving Mexico and the Caribbean and never ever want to dive cold waters again.

 

Got my grill on this morning.

That will put a dent in the diving for sure. I've done Cabo and San Diego. Head to Key West in April. Never dove San Carlos maybe this year.
