I have 190k and I'm the second owner and the light came on last week I do have a vibration and my cel is on and the code is PO453 the Evap my mechanic said could be caused from mud

Lol no. Unless you can create a system to replace it that tricks the computer into thinking it's still there and functioning correctly.
