Ok, for the folks meeting at 7am at the QT on 7th St. and 101 AND the group meeting at 101/Chaparral Rd Chevron...

7th St crew: Get there early and gas up, get your ice, rub one out in the bathroom, etc. We need to depart at 7am.

If I'm not mistaken, we are headed down the 101 to Chaparral Rd and going to the Chevron just west of the freeway to meet up with the other group. That will get us there at about 7:15am.

Chaparral crew: If the 101/Chaparral group doesn't want to wait for us, then let us know today so we don't waste our time getting off of the freeway.

My DR test got cancelled due to the rain so I'm going to try to make it. Unfortunately the deadline passed for me to get a pass for Bulldog but I'll try to show up for the meet.

I'll give it a try, I just called the ranger station and they said I'd have to pick it up in person. Worst case I'll go mess around at butcher before the meet to get my off-road fix

I think the location confusion started from a link or coordinates that were shared someplace for Pobrecito. Butcher Jones is north edge of the lake and the coordinates in the OP are correct for Butcher Jones.

Anyone that's cruising from STV / Florence & wants to meet at the Valero at Combs & Ironwood, let me know. Pretty sure I'm the only one this far or that's going. Was going to hit it about 8 & then cruise up. Fine going solo if no one else from the sticks is coming.

Lisa and I have to meet the farrier first, so we'll be running late and will connect at the trailhead, but there's a Starbucks at US60 and Stapley if people want to connect there. https://goo.gl/maps/7cYi3NsmctD2

I'll cheer to that! We haven't finished the tap part of our install yet. When we do, we'll have nitro beers on tap on the trail.

    Hell yes circus animal cookies!

You'd think she was a safety advisor, but she's not.

Camping trips usually involve at least one meal with the words 'wrapped in bacon' as part of the title.
