And yeah, you figured it out. I had a hell of a time with a crappy jack at the firehouse and the gas tank took a bit more coaxing than anticipated. I think it was just due to expansion.

Ive got everything here ready to go. Because the mid skid is not on the site yet you'll need to email to order. Shoot an email to michael@pelfreybilt.com and he will get you dialed in.
I typically send everyone needing a reroute to Jason ( @speedfreek ) here on the forum, hes in Vista, top notch

I am interested in these skid plates for my Pro. Can you send more photos of the holes that need to be drilled in order to be installed. Why isn't Pelfreybilt drilling holes prior to shipping and offering silver finish to match factory front skid plate? I love plug and play so fits perfect.

You have to drill the frame to mount this. There are no holes on the frame to integrate with the pro plate. Most aftermarket IFS plates use the oem holes used by the Pro plate.

Why they won't powdercoat to match? Dunno.

I order an RCI diff skid and control arm skids and they PC'd to match (said it was very close). It's difficult to match as I think the pro skid is actually painted.

Ok good to know the frame has to be drilled thanks. Can someone post photos of the exhaust re-route so it's not hanging so damn low?

I'm not sure about the powder coat matching, but if it was me, I would get aluminum and leave it bare if I had the pro. Just my .02

I like powder coating because it's extra protection. I'm gonna get my TRD plate powered coated black to match my new skids I'm gonna get. Need to get a gas tank strap to utilize the tank skid guards too.

More expensive though. Plus, it's easy to touch them up if you spray paint them. No one is really going to see them anyway.

Makes it clean is all. Easier to see where you tag too if it's black. If you have the money go with what you like. Haha

Digg'n the @Pelfreybilt mid skid, rear & tank. Very tidy. When I put the lift on my truck, and subsequent Toytec Diff
Drop I had to add spacers and longer bolts making the TRD skid slope down as it runs to the back. Just curious if this will affect these other skids. Also, do they make DCLB versions?

Is the TRD Pro skid power coated silver then? I was thinking the pelfrybilt skids in bare aluminum should match up pretty well. Are the holes that need to be drilled in the frame for the rear skid outside edges only?
