Tossed mine in the trash when I moved. Sometimes you can get someone looking to go back to stock or need a spare set to replace bushings on, but they make a great horseshoe...

Because what was yours becomes ours...

We are trying to live off 1 income (and not that great of an income) while my wife was finishing school and taking care of the kids. As soon as she started working she got pregnant, so all of her meager wages (preschool teacher) went straight to medical bills. If she could pull a 40k job then we would be fine and clear of debt, but she wants to wait another 6 months till my daughter is 1 before looking.

Also typically when you get married, a lot of expenses come with it. Small apartments usually become houses with mortages and extra rooms for the kids. Bare minimum furniture becomes 16 rugs in your house and "hobbies" become trips to Ikea and falling asleep to the movie on the couch.

You should be afraid, they are relentless little beasts and wreak havoc everywhere they go. But also the best thing to ever happen to me. Still assholes though.

married for almost a year. If anything we have successfully paid our debts off before paying for the wedding. Now were better than before and saving while still adventuring. Were about to get into the house game, but we've been hesitating making sure we can do it properly and not be married to the house to where we still cant do what we want to do.

only reason i havent is because i havent out performed my set up now in the front. LT would be sweet but $3,000 for a few more inches...that could be utilized elsewhere. Also not being LT keeps me safer and out of situations where i'd probably wreck.

True, but a few more inches elsewhere might not be a bad thing and smooth over an LT purchase easier...

    But I need 34's

You guys think I should go 305/70/17 like @.45 JHP or should I stick with my old size of 285/75/17?

    Both are 34's.

Advantage of 305, more surface area for traction

Advantage of 285, still comes in load C where 305 is only E.

I'm running E on mine and haven't had any issues. They flex at 15psi, so I don't think E would too bad with all your weight.

I have only ever had load E. I'm curious if I would like C better for airing down/cushion, But those 305s look nicer and more effective than the 285s. I think the 285s at that diameter look kind of skinny.

I personally don't like the pizza cutter look or anything close to it.
I also like the lower rated tires, the only reason I picked these generals over another all terrain tire is because they are offered in D rated.

Being at or below sea level, that's not too much of a concern with me. I want to find a set of someone's I could try for running around town to see how bad it is. With 33s and 4.10s, I don't feel under geared at all with my elevation. At 35s, I'm sure I would end up regearing however. This is my DD for another year or so, so I am eager to make it a true weekend warrior/project vehicle

Well I can clear 285/75/17 easily with no rubbing. My MT's fit fine. I'm hoping I don't need a lot more cutting for 305's but after that regear it is going to be so worth it.
