Rented it, started it on Ultra violence and got to the part right before going back into hell to fight the bosses.

I figure ill pick it up when its cheap and finish it

 

Such a good game, and music is so hype. Glad it won best game sound track of 2016.

 

Yea, the music was like an early warning. When it got hype, you were in trouble.

Love how fast paced it is on the harder difficulty.

 

Yep, it is unforgiving at higher difficulties. So it warrants an easier play through at first so you can locate stuff you need and get used to the combat mechanics.

 

Nope, i go hard 1st shot. Im an original Doom player on death incarnate or higher. Not to mention I start all shooters on hard. Normal is for pussies and too easy IMHO. I want to get pissed and be challenged. I died a few times after getting the BFG, those waves keep coming and just get progressively harder.

 

I do CoD games on veteran right off the bat cause they to easy otherwise, even though there shit is broken at that level cause they cheat a bit i believe lol. but doom i went normal first so I can locate all drones and guns ahead of time. Cause most guns you can get a level earlier if you look.

 

Once I found the digital map it was easy. Finding the hidden lever was a bit tougher on some maps.

The last COD that was difficult on Veteran was MW1. Those ads had inf spawn. There was no clearing an area and moving on.
I still never beat the missle lauch at the end due to how hard it was. Many times i made it to the launch command but died after.
I couldn't imagine what the plane rescue was like on Veteran.

 

WaW was BS cause of the grenade spawn shit they did on Veteran.

 

Xbox live is down for me. Can't sign in at all on anything other than a web browser. Lame.

 

PC MASTER RACE

 

Been there, done that, could of bought another tacoma with how much I wasted on gaming machines.

Never going down that rabbit hole again. It's better but costs way more and it's a lot of up keep.

 

It's a birch that's the one that took me the longest to finish, that hallway and the plane.

 

Yeah I was mostly kidding. I do enjoy my PC but I also haven't gone all out on it. If my 3 best gaming buddies weren't into PC's or if they even had consoles I would be on Xbox for sure.

 

I'm not sure how xbox live is, but when Playstation Network is down, can't watch Netflix or even YouTube on my PS4. Services that technically don't require the PS Network. I think the games I have, except Destiny, are still mostly playable without PS Network.

Makes me appreciate the 16-bit days that much more lol

 

Means cant do matchmaking but other shiz works

 

For Destiny? Nope, can't play at all without the Network.

 

What i was saying is streaming apps still work. Games like COD, Halo PvP aspects wont work but single player shit wil. Destiny, yea MMOs are fucked with no xbl.

 

Damn seems like I missed out on the aggravation of no online with them since I am moving lol.

 

It was only down for about 4-6 hours. Just sucked it was one of those times the wife was going to be gone for hours and I wanted to get some good gaming time in.

The part that pisses me off is the fact that most of my single player games still didn't work because I couldn't sign into my profile.

 

That sucks =/ glad still have my pc to play most of my games lol
