There are no recovery points on the rear of my mostly stock 02, sure as hell wouldn't take a chance using the hook or loop on the front end.

 

Do you have the stock cast iron hook in front? The loop isn't really meant to take much but the hook should be okay for pulling things out. I don't have either anymore due to the front bumper but if you don't have the cast iron hook I'll send my old one to you.

 

I do, I have used the rear bumper to pull out the same truck previously and it tweaked a little bit. It was augered in good though, 4' of snow between the back of the plow and the front end of the truck. If I'm gonna fubar something, I make sure it's something I already want to replace.

Well, that's good. Kinda ironic that the plow keeps getting stuck :/ Good policy for damage though, I tend to break things that I don't want to have to replace... haha

 

Now thats funny. Did that cause the end of frame rails to bend im aswell?

 

Tweaked the brackets between the bumper and frame but not the frame, apparently the was made out of real metal.

 

Is that the snow plow you pulled out in the back ground?

I've gotten unimogs, and all manner of other equipment stuck, recovery points? I should have sacrificed the front end of the truck? If something's really stuck sacrifice something your ready to part ways with...

Changes light bulbs on cluster then the bulbs in Ac control went out WTF!!!!

 

I can get the links for all the pieces I used. It didn't come as a kit. I had to cut to fit paint to match. mostly ebay stuff.
