Honestly if you cant afford SPC arms.... dont even bother doing anything.... SPC arms are great and will work with all future upgrades.

but seriously.... forgo the spacer lift. Not much more for 5100s to do a more proper lift to pair with the UCAs.

DUDE, go back and read from the beginning. First he said what you just quoted above about he's going to "upgrade now and bite the bullet". he was asked a budget and he responded, "something cheap". He was suggested SPC which are $400 something. he said that was too much and he wanted to spend $300 or LESS

You are right, cannot argue with you(STUPID). I was giving the general run down and forgot the comma after the "too much" The point you seem to be missing is that the dude said the $450 SPC were too much money! So, obviously some cheap ebay are his best option for his shitty spacer lift if he wants $300 or less like HE stated.
And no, I'm body lift all the way with little tires that don't fill the opening, cause I want to be a 'Bro".

Post a wanted to buy ad in the appropriate parts page and see what comes up. Might be someone who wants to cut theirs loose for an amount in your budget.

Here I outlined the last posts by OP. He's clearly not ignorant. I don't know when you're thinking he's cheaping out when he clearly stated he's going to bite the bullet and purchase a decent quality set. You can argue till you're blue in the face, but you're still wrong.

    Lotsa shit.
exactly thats what I mean, I am 18 years old and these dudes do not understand a budget I guess. Thanks for being helpful to you and @ZachPrerunner and as for everyone else if my budget bothers you I am sorry and you could have been helpful by telling me that 300$ isn't enough, I would have taken that information and used it. you don't have to be a dick man @gottaToy

I think you need to do more research before you do anything. If I'm reading this shit-filled thread correctly, you're thinking of getting rid of the spacers to get a spindle lift and upper control arms? If you get a spindle lift you won't need upper control arms because you won't have any alignment issues.

    I'm assuming you do have a 2wd?

Exactly. UCAs are not necessarily necessary (lol) depending on the application. With spindles you won't need them. With a 4wd, it really depends on the amount of lift. In a 2.5"+ lift on a 4wd, the UCA allows the specs like caster and camber to a more agreeable setup for a lifted truck with bigger wheels/tires. Not necessary, but it does help with the steering quality tremendously. Either way, try the parts section and good luck. You can search the forum and focus on a section and by the title only. Might help you find what you are looking for.

The possibility of this kid getting anything "decent" is like saying I will become your best friend. He IS clearly ignorant when he purchased not only a spacer kit off ebay, but one with 3" lift. But, maybe compared to you, maybe he is smart? Dumb rednecks gotta stick up for each other I guess.
Dude can just stick some throw away stock ones on there(sure someone in TW has some to get rid of) and remove his ebay kit and buy a rough country kit and spend less than those shitty SPC he can't even afford. He's 18, young, dumb, and just wants what he think looks cool anyway. If he posted what shitty ebay kit he had in the first place, it probably can have the bushing replaced and he just doesn't know how?

And don't buy Light Racing UCA's off Fleabay, SPC will not warranty any issue with them as I am sure the Fleabay seller is not an authorized dealer of them. @HeadStrong Off-Road sells the SPC Light Racing UCA's for the same price and is AUTHORIZED AS WELL.

Even though he is 18, he's more mature than you are. Now, you're just turning this into a personal conflict. I guess when you can't admit you're wrong, you gotta find something else to attack. I can't believe I'm still replying to your ass, you're not worth my time. :jerkoff:

I kind of want to punch you in the face. You are kind of a fucking prick. I bet when you were 18 you probably couldn't afford much like many of us were. Just help the kid or piss off and stop being a douchebag.

That's the funniest shit I've heard yet today! Better bring your redneck buddy, too and you can bump wieners after you heal..
You 2 idiots aren't helping him, unless you plan on donating to his broke ass.
About the only ebay options for uniball UCA's that come with spacer kits are the silver and tuff country. Both have replaceable uniballs if he just knew how. He can buy dorman oem replacements take out his shitty spacers for $108 and be done.

As far as my redneck buddy, you don't worry about that...we would TURN out some soft limp dick mofo such as yourself lol. Maybe you just hope someone will bump wieners with you.....o_O

yes, my thoughts exactly. Im only 19 and Ive done everything proper, and not just to "look cool" just takes some research and saving your pennies. And who tf said he couldn't do the work himself?? Why do you keep assuming that?

As for the op, Id try to save for proper UCA's if needing to replace the bushings isnt urgent. look around for some used SPC's Ive seen them around for great prices (Im partial to uniballs but thats way out of your price range). As far as the lift, as someone else said, bilsteins are very affordable and will perform much better offroad and then just do an aal in the back. In conclusion, just save up.
