    I wasn't going to but, went to Kaena one day and a DLNR officer was checking passes at the gate. Long story short, he told me to update my recon or he could peel my sticker. Then let me in....mud was nice and slippery that day too :thumbsup:

    Really? I didn't know that 1- aftermarket bumpers were requires recon and 2 - that DLNR are authorized to revoke recon...

    Yeah, I don't think they can revoke Recon. That's a bunch of crap.

    I think the main reason our bumpers require recon, is for the bumper height noted on the paperwork.

    Bumper height is safety inspection criteria IIRC

    A cop once told me...if you alter the look of your car. You'll need a recon. Also suspension upgrade/lift needs recon. Rims no need recon anymore, up to a certain size increase
