So guys, I'm not getting any response so I'll ask the question here. My rear end has been kicked ever since I installed the dakars. Guy at the alignment shop suggested swapping the leafs to the other sides to maybe fix the issue. What do you think? I had to push the drivers side about 1/2" forward just to get the pins to seat, would swapping sides help?

Not questioning your mechanical abilabilities, but are both military wraps towards the front? Dakars aren't side specific, so they should be the same if manufactured correctly.

Haven't measured but from what the shop said one side of my rear is -1.9 and the other is like 4.0.

Yup, made sure they went on correctly. The passenger side went right in but then the drivers side had to be pushed forward with the axle floating

So the springs are installed correctly and are stamped with the same part number on both springs. How is this problem manifesting itself other than on the alignment report? Is it possible that the defect works at the alignment shop?

Maybe? But I did have to move the axle on one side just to get the center pin to seat. Not even sure if it's a big issue but I figured it was worth looking in to.

    Right camber -0.4 degrees
    Left camber 0.0 degrees
    Right toe 4.0mm
    Left toe -2.2mm
Thrust angle 0.5 degrees. Is that bad?

Nothing unusual about having to shift the axle to get the pins seated during installation. As to those numbers, take a look at the thread Bret linked above. Then take your truck to another alignment shop for verification.
