I saw ZZ top in '83 in New Haven.
After the show, we went to a club called "Toads Place" and got free admission with ZZ Top ticket stubs.
SRV was at Toad's that night and Billy Gibbons and Dusty Hill just happened to show up and jam.
    Indeed, a night to remember!

Have you listened to Steve Martin and Edie Brickel, she's vocals to his banjo great album
Korn did a cover of One in concert that was amazing! They nailed it with a beat so deep it felt like your lungs would pop out of your chest

Yea. I haven't played any cds in awhile. That was fun last night. I don't even have a fancy stereo just an old boom box I think it's about 20 years old. I had looked at newer job site boom boxes but will wait. Not needed.

Good morning everyone, happy Saturday. All of our snow is gone, warm and rain, temperatures in the high 40's. Enjoy the day.

If we're not in a vehicle we use the "turtle". Decent soundfor such a small speaker and it's weatherproof, drop proof, etc. We use it camping, kayaking, garage work, etc

Those are cool. I have a Bluetooth can. Won it at our conference. It's small but better than my phone when at work.

My garage is still so trashed. It makes me sick. Took me 15 minutes to find my dremel yesterday. Found it in a box with some jaw traps and blackbuck horns?!

Saturday's... Seems like I try to fit a weeks worth of stuff into one day.
    1. Stack a weeks worth of wood in the garage for the wood stove...
    2. Have a basement closet project I'm working on...
    3. Dog needs a shearing - not a clipping - but a shearing as her hair is just like wool...
    4. Never made it to Cabela's last week. A couple of friends and I are going later today - boys only. We're either going to Cabela's or Bass Pro. There's a local gun shop called Hoffman's that I'd like to stop at. Got my eye on a S&W model 60 snubby .357 or an Ultra lite .38spl...
    5. Agonizing decision if I want to part with the cash for the revolver - I'm cheap... Wish list for my extra cash is the revolver, ARB bumper, my '63 Falcon convertible could use suspension work (front end and the you might as well air bag set up)... Ugh, need deeper pockets...

All I have for bluesy sounding music is seeing George Thorogood back in the mid-80 at the New Haven colloseum. Floor seats about a third of the way back - stood the entire show on the folding chair having one hell of a time...

Garage time for me in a bit too.
I have some parts on the table and a snowblower on the floor. They need to mate.....
