    Got rid of mine last year after owning them for over 40 years. Gave up my marina slip I held for over 30.
    I have 2 friends I grew up with I fish with all the time and flip them some fuel money.
    Here's my last one. 20ft SeaOx with a 150 Opti. Scooted around pretty good.

    Had a 20 ft Grady before that with a I/O and SBC. That hull was a tank and heavy. You needed a 350 and trim tabs to get her up on plane. I was nice going to the Ox after that. Hull was about 1000lbs lighter, nimble and dry.

    I was up too. Went to get a haircut. Then worked on the blower.
    I have been known to dose off watching tv but I can't swear to it.

    It is funny I generally get 5 hours +/- 30 min no matter what I do and it lasts me till midnight or so. But... on days off I have been known to eat lunch and go rest my knees ... if perchance I nod off well.. The dog is not telling so :}

    I don't! But after that picture of the grinder going to pick up some Italian Sausage and green peppers.

    I chipped. And shoveled. And chipped. And shoveled...

    Mud buddies are pretty common here for getting into the backwaters of the Mississippi. Good for getting places to kill ducks and fish where most can't. Now if your willing to spend the money there are a lot of options out there. Waterfowl hunters have driven a lot of it.

    Spent all morning finishing the garage sale my wife started yesterday and I am amazed at the things people buy and just as amazed at the things they didn't buy. But I'm not going to analyze it, I'm just glad for the space I got back in the garage. We managed to reduce a driveway full of stuff down to one box and one small rolling clothes rack...I think there's 10 or so shirts and dresses hanging on it (10 hangers total).

    Question for the Veterans here and on the topic of Stolen valor

    A neighbor of mine I've been seeing him wear a US Army forest camo field jacket with a Paratrooper patches , specialist rank and reversed flag insignia

    I saw him wearing it the other day and started asking questions like nice jacket and were you ever in the military . He responded back saying no military but thinks this jacket is cool looking . The jacket supposedly belongs to a relative

    This is as far as I got talking with him , should I give him the Stolen Valor ass chewing or what . To me I don't think its right to be wearing something like that especially with no prior military service

    Whats your take on this ????

    I think there's a difference between wearing an old jacket and claiming to have earned the patches on it. Since he copped to just thinking it's cool I wouldn't give him too much shit, but when the chance arose, I'd have a conversation about what it took for that relative to earn those patches.

    I know the jacket is maybe 10 years old as that's when woodland camo was discontinued and the patches & rank insignia look to be glued on

    I am planning on talking with him when I see him again

    I am with martin on this he owned it was not his , so perhaps explain the meaning of the patches to him. And explain have the flag fixed if your going to wear it . I can not speak to what is possible with Army ranks , but I do know if you were in another branch there are some devices, ribbons, patches that are allowed to cross over and be worn on AF uniforms. The rank should have been removed well according to the old rules I remember ... I see it a lot around here hell just yesterday saw a guy wearing the old European camo pattern coat with tapes and .. AF Msgt stripes he looked old enough to have served etc did I say anything nope why well it is not worth the hassle. Does it annoy me not really, I just chalk them up to being idiots now if he was trying to use that to gain favor / monetarily I would have said something about it but just a passing comment not confrontational. There is really nothing to prevent them from doing so and they just will laugh and walk away. Since he is a neighbor IMHO It might be best to just leave it alone. I do know when I have given old military gear to the salvation army etc I stripped all the patches and tapes etc I have seen piles there with out the stuff being removed as it should be but they aren't going to do it and the people that buy it they do not care they just want warm clothing etc so...
