    Burnt Ends are the pieces of brisket that are cooked like twice over, usually a bit fattier and crisper than normal brisket but WAY more favorable.

    I know Sauced in Petaluma serves burnt ends. Pretty sure that's the only thing I've eaten there now that I come to think of it.

    Well, I was able to get a little bit of play in the rear end. I think I got it pretty close. Loosened all bolts on the rear and used straps to pull the axle straighter.

    My father in law said I need to cut the legs off mine to get it lower. All of the embers fall through and don't keep the fire going. Makes sense. Maybe this one with the ember retainer would work.
