Need Help picking what M/T tire to go with?

Hey Everyone, Just wondering if everyone can help me find the best M/T tire. I use them all year round. I want to go with a 35 ish. I have 33's now and want the next size up. I wanna see what you guys think is the best bang for my buck. I need something that will last longer then a couple of months, and I know you will all laugh, but something that doesn't have crazy road nosie. I don't care if the tires make a little. I know there are some that you can hear from miles away.
I have been thinking about toyo's, Bfgoodrich, Hecules, and Coopers. There was something else, but can't recall now...

 

Bfgoodrich KM2's, they are quiet. My friend has a set of 35s and you can't even tell you are diriving on a mud tire.

I was going to go with BFG but then I decided to go out on a limb and try something new.

Here's what I found.. (Nitto Trail Grapplers MTs). My co-worker has the Toyo MT's, they are nearly identical in looks, performance and price.

 

The bfg's are a really good tire but are pricey, the coopers look awesome but I have no experience with them, Ive always had good luck with Maxxis Bighorns or buckshot mudders, they are fair priced, ride good and last a while...

 

I like the Nitto mud grappler's...they are loud but sexy.

 

I say if you have the money go Toyo M/T there are a awesome tire on road and mud and do outstanding in snow but there worth their weight in gold lol.

 

I have hear great thing about the toyo's I haven't heard much on others. I have coopers on now, they were alright, but then again they were used when they were given to me. The bf's look good. The Nitto's trail grapplers mt's are look pretty good too. I wonder what the price of them are compared to toyo's and the bf's.

 

Toyo's construction methods make me favor them over the BFGs. I was also looking at the Cooper STTs, but the difference in the siping on them vs. the Toyos was obvious and cause for concern.

I'll be going Toyo when the time comes. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.

 

What about the Dynapro MT's? Im ganna be getting them for my next tire.
They get Great reviews, and seem to be an awsome road tire as well. And they are priced awsomely! I would check them out....

 

i have had some good luck with my mastercraft courser mt's...........good in any terrain,good highway ride, and not very loud for a mud tire. plus...cant beat the price.

 

i ran two sets of the Cooper STTs in 33s, and was getting ready to run a third set, but then scored on a brand new set of KM2s...

im sold on the KM2s now for the next set...

one of the guys in our local crew has been running the Toyos and he says they are heavy but they perform well...

i also ran a set of Firestone Destination MTs and they were very good too

 

I have heard absolutely nothing but good things about Hankook from the hardcore wheelers I know.

Far and away Toyo M/T. They are the "Toyota" of tire companies. They are pretty spendy but are great tires. Beef tread and last a long time.

I have a set of 32.5" on my truck, they have about 1000 miles on them, and they still have the little nubs on them!

Not very loud, smooth and look mean.

 

Can't go wrong with BFG KM2's. You could be different and go with some Nokian Vativa M/T's. They are wicked in the mud and surprisingly quiet on the road. (Quiet as far as mud tires go.)
