    I painted my chrome grill. Used duplicolor perfect match and I think it came out good. You need two cans though. Wish I had another when I did mine.

    Lots of sanding, then a couple coats of self etching primer. I used the duplicolor clear but I didn't think it was all that great.

    I'd recommend this clear, you can get it at Sherman Williams stores that mixes automotive paints.

    When yo guys installed jumpers dome light, did you have to do anything special? I can't figure out why mine isn't working.

    Nope, nothing special. Did you flip it around? I put it in backwards first and it wasn't lighting up until I flipped it around.

    Yeah, I tried that but it made no difference. No continuity either. Because it's not a filament, I wasn't sure if there should be.

    yea, i remember talking to you about it. Not bashing you or anything. I still use and LOVE my map lights from you.

    I took photos, i'll see if i can dig them up.

    Edit: Damn, doesn't look like i kept them.

    Either way, it is possible to have the connect separate from the pcb.
