Because they are winners. I'm not a Pat's fan but I do respect the wins and numbers they have put up over the years. Like the Yankees, you either love them or hate them. There is no in between.

I know how they did against the number 1 rated defense in the NFL this year. 1st game week 3 without Brady the Patriots won 27 - 0. And last week they beat the again 34-16. The media is so fucked up when they try and pump up these games. All I heard is the the Steelers were on a 8 game win streak so they are on a roll, well the Pats were on the same roll. They both had lost the last time on week 10 Pitt lost to Dal and NE lost to Seattle. It doesn't mean anything
Keep routing for Atlanta! Keep routing for them hard! I like what it did for the Steelers! :D

Last night's Steelers/Pats game seemed like a superbowl game. Strong performances from both sides.
Once Bell got injured, it really seemed to dissolve for Pitts. One of the best RBs out there. Love watching him play.

Love watching Bell too but even when he was in the game last night he wasn't much of a factor. He ran it 6 times for 20 yards but of course when such a key player goes out it makes the team that much more 1 dimensional.

Williams isn't a terrible RB though, although clearly Bell is the guy.

The Pat's shutting down Brown with the constant double team hurt too.

It took him a while but Blunt had a few nice runs last night. That one with all those people on him was wicked awesome!

That's what they do. They will double team the shit out of Julio Jones in the SB as well. Problem is Atlanta is a lot like the Pats in that they have a lot of weapons and once you take out the big gun they just come at you with one of those other players

    I like him.

Was it him that kept pushing the pile into the endzone? I forget if it was Blunt or one of the other RB's.

Push, pull, carry, drag..haha.. Yup that was him.

Limiting the Steelers to 2 plays of 20 yds plus didn't hurt either for most of the game..maybe all of it I forget.

Not sure if Atlanta will beat NE but I will be tuned in to see it. More of a college football fan.

Yeah, it looked like almost all of the players on the field were in on that one, just shoving the pile.

Going to be a tough game, that's for sure. I don't see either team getting a blowout like they both enjoyed this weekend.

Yup. Steelers have two guys that can consistently catch the ball, Brown and James. Brown can make huge plays whereas James doesn't. Cover those two and passing game isn't great. Plus with bell more than likely being tweaked at the start and injuring himself more you get what happened last night.

Pats have mostly no name receivers that all have good hands which is why Brady can do what he does.

A Pats hater bringing it up again? Color me.... unsurprised.

    vvvvv

    But anyway.

When is Tomlin going to learn that playing Zone against the Pats doesn't cut it? It might work if Brady was having a bad day, accuracy-wise, but it's terrible to try and have your defensive game plan hinge on one of the best QB's having an off day.

Edit- PS: Hogan's face at the 40 second mark is hilarious. I can't stop laughing about it.
