    I see a lot of you guys being so excited about this mod, but.....why? I can't say I've ever specifically wanted my fogs on and not been able to turn them on. Why the need or desire to turn them on anytime?

    Excited because it's another thing to do to your truck, and/or possibly spend money depending on which version of the mod you do.

    And the need/desire, at least for myself, started with the acquisition of a light bar and the "need" to want to possibly drive with it on, without headlights since it seems to light up the road fairly well, and have the fogs on as well.

    That's just my take on it. I'm sure everyone has their own thought and idea about it.

    I did it so I can use only them in fog. I know that sounds smart assed, but not intended that way. I used them Saturday morning, Sunday morning and this morning in the dense fog we've had.

    All the dumb choices in one vehicle
    Yeah I'd like to do it for my high beams. If I'm on a back road and hit the high beams I'll light up everything in the distance, but lose a lot of my lighting right in front of the truck. Having the fogs stay on with the high beams will really help that.

    Makes sense. I actually didnt even realize they shut off with the high beams on! But we also don't get too much fog out here so I've only used mine a few times.
