    yea they've been pissing me off recently too. now they want $1300 for new headlights because mine are melting due to Toyotas oversight. oh and they downright refused to give me a part number I asked for because he said I was just going to go buy it online. well no shit. if you didn't try and rape people on the cost, you might have a better chance at some business.

    Yea no need for them to be dicks. I looked up a oil filter union bolt online, checked price, then called "my dealer" and they had it for close to the same price without shipping and wait time. Also pleasant to deal with. Got the part next day, after a friendly call letting me know it was in.

    agreed. if they had the parts I needed for even a reasonably competitive price, id use them for the convenience alone. not now. how difficult is it to be a decent human being?

    yup. sad thing is, in order to use the reimbursement "deal" for my headlight replacement from Toyota, It has to be done through a dealer. I think even with the reimbursement it would be cheaper to go through someone else.

    I guess I was lucky. My headlights were replaced free of charge at the dealer. Heck they were the ones who brought it to my attention that the drls were melting the lenses.
