Springs been on for about 6 months.
Still don't think they are fully broke in being 650 and carrying aluminum skid and bumper. Yea I hear that. I'll be loosing a little on both ends. Who knows I might just crank them 4 turns and diff drop. Mob towns skids accommodate it so should be okay. The second and third fins are touching on the top boot. They are probably somewhere around 18-20 degrees off the 0 degree angle out of factory.

Yeah so you might be ok then. My Passenger side only failed since it cracked right where the clamp was on the inside boot, the driver failed in between the fines which I think was due to the rubbing. But considering it failed at like 128,000 miles at a lift was on the truck for about 90k I figured I made out ok

Oh yea 100%! I'm scheming on getting the extended CV that this guys got @MrZoggs when they bust. Lol. So that's kinda where this build of mine is going for now. "Wait till it breaks" then fix it. Obviously I'm just as narotic as the next owner with greasing and servicing but for me this is my first go at modding anything so it's a serious learning curve.
Waiting for Mr Zogs to add + bs to his build thread

Pretty sure my outer boots are much more compressed than yours.. I could always slide them down a little bit more. But due to the etching in the axle shaft I have them where they currently sit. I am paranoid they will rip at this point. Time will tell...

Your uca is about where mine is i think. For daily driving it's tolerable. I am not going to be racing across any whoops anytime soon until I either adjust fire or lower the ride some. After longer break in and some more weight I think both our rides will come down some.

Can I ask why your trying to crank your coilovers more? For bro lean? Level?

Well I am running the B110 w/ Dakars & the D29XL AAL with it. Like I was saying I have about 1.5" of Rake and I wanted to get it closer to .75 of rake. Latest development today was my phone call to ARB. I am going to receive a new pack because they were squeaking really bad even with my pads and lube etc.

So nowwww I am thinking of leaving it where is less the AAL. I dont know. I am hearing around here that anything over 23" is too much and harsh etc. I don't think either of our cvs are that extreme. I think I can definitely take on another 3 full turns in my opinion

Surprisingly I don't suffer from bro lean

I'm thinking about doing a solid front axle conversion... any thoughts?

I know it will cost a retarded amount of money. And work.

I've only heard of a handful of guys doing this.. but I figured I can make the move to SFA bump to 35..37" Tires maybe.and have a dedicated backcountry/hauler/ driver.

Yes excessive for my needs. But that's half the fun. I'd rather be well equipped and not need it than taking the ladder.

Thinking a dana44. Sleeve and gusset both axles. Run 35" with lots of room for travel. Bump to either ori or metal cloak 6packs.. need to do more homework on how those two perform and if I can even get a set up to work with it. Electronic disconnects would be sweet too. But not a deal breaker.

I like the lights, did you build them yourself or are they a purchased item. can you tell me more about them, LED or HID?

Purchased from kustom54. Got a good deal so I couldn't resist. They also have great customer service. They are hid demon eyes.

The fogs are morimoto leds. Both headlights and fogs are substantially brighter than the original light's. It's also been raining here the last few days and the lights are all leak free. So I'm sure I am in the clear there. Overall, I recommend both products. I would advise to shoot for the moon when replacing headlights. Unless you find a screaming deal like I did.

Truck looks great! What Dakar’s are you running with the topper? I have the 095s with a AAL (aside just Incase) not installed and debating what to do. Kings extended travel and Dakar’s are going on this weekend.
