Sounds like you made your decision, come to the Tundra side. I love the V8 and the ride is awesome on road. Plus the rear window going down is very convenient.

Ride a motorcycle in the Bay Area and you'll be in the hospital within a week.

There's one on the FJ forum too. Both their asking prices are a bit high.

It gets worse in the rain. Couple weeks ago it took me 40 minutes just to clear one city street. But I'm still too stubborn to drive a Prius. Just can't do it.

Ain't nobody got money for that

At this point, cloth seats don't bother me. Wet okole seats covers would do just fine if I wanted to switch em. Yeah, color is high on the list though.

I learn from my friends riding endeavors. He's been knocked off his motorcycle so many times and always came out unscathed, for the most part. If it's not idiot drivers knocking him down it's the poorly maintained roads. His most recent one was when he hit a huge dip on the freeway. No signs indicating it was there. Said he came within inches of slamming into the trailer ahead of him. He's stopped riding since.

This, I get the tag in my alerts, but unless I search through the alerts drop down or page I don't know if someone did tag me. Is there a way to get an instant email notification when I'm tagged? That way I know what thread I'm tagged in and don't have to search each time I get on TW.

BTW you rock, hands down the best forum I've been apart of and awesome you actually listen to the members.

That's great but doesn't make the parts cheaper to buy. I work on all my own shit. When I can get an alternator for my Ford for 65 bucks or an alternator for my vw that's 205. Fuck that shit. They last even less time then the Ford reman does. Lots of dealer item only parts too. Super redundant electrical systems etc. Do what you want it's your time/money but I don't recommend it.
