    Hey Bro, Coming from a Mexican, you gotta watch what you say. The #1 immigrant population in the US is Canadians, Mexicans are natives to CA, AR, TX and other parts, b4 Europeans. This economy is built upon the sweat of immigrants. The fact that you got hit by a undocumented person doesnt make it OK to stereotype all immigrants, unless your Native American, YOUR AN IMMIGRANT TOO!!!!!!!!!!

    oh well like it or not illegals are always going to be here no matter what. i dont want to make this into another debate over illegals but if u got hit u got hit no matter when where or by who. there is justice if they hit you though regardless of if you receive money or not...they get deported and thats one less illegal you have to worry about...if i was illegal id rather pay u 10,000 dollars to fix ur car than to get caught and deported...nearly 10 grand is what im going to have to pay to get back into the country so at the end of the day there is justice...so which is it? do u get mad because an illegal hit you and u didnt money out of it? or are u mad there wasnt any justice?

    Not once did I say anything about immigrants or country of origin. I'm talking about people illegally in the country. I don't care where they come from. If you aren't here legally then you need your ass shipped back to where you came from.

    I was mad back then because an illegal hit my truck, spun me around into 2 other vehicles. Totalled mine and put me in the ER. The cops didn't do a thing to the 2 I caught fleeing the accident or the driver that got away. They didn't even look for him.

    I'm mad at the U.S. gov't for not enforcing immigration laws. For not developing an efficent guest worker program and for not controlling our borders. Both North and South.

    whatever, i want justice if someone hits me not just money...itll never stop, immigrants will always be here and we just have to deal with it...everyone talks all this shit about how immigrants shouldnt be here but these same people talking shit know that everyday in some way they get help from an immigrant wheather its getting fast food, getting repairs done at the house, or gardening...imagine if there were no immigrants here? HA! would you fill the positions they take? i doubt it...so i dont complain about them one bit because i wont do the work...i wanna join the border patrol when i turn 21...not to be a dick and focus all my attention on immigrants like alot of agents do out there...i want to focus on everything wheather its drugs coming across or if its al qaeda making a deal with the drug cartels to get over here...we need to focus on the bigger problems instead of focusing so hard on immigrants, becuase like it or not, theyre going to be here and theyre always going to be one step ahead of our government wheather its by land or sea

    This is really off topic but it will help ease your pain some about the Trespassers in some of "our" states..and yes..we're also having a MAJOR problem here in Bama with them nasty ol' Canuck's:D [gimmi a break!:rolleyes:]

    Illegal aliens asked to voluntarily leave U.S.

    Associated Press, MSNBC

    WASHINGTON - “Operation Scheduled Departure,” the Bush administration’s invitation to illegal immigrants to voluntarily leave the country, is launching on Aug. 5 in Santa Ana, Calif.; San Diego; Phoenix; Chicago and Charlotte, N.C., and will end Aug 22. The program is open to those who have been ordered to leave the country but have remained in the U.S. and have not committed a crime, and asks that they surrender at immigration offices voluntarily.

    I'm sure this is posted at the Peace bridge in Buffalo N.Y.--eh?

    Sorry I got off topic:mad:

    Broken and scratched tailgate, cracked rear tail light lens, coffee stain in driver seat.
    This past fall where I live this story gets bleak, he was drunk, ran a red light, killed a lady who was giving a boy a ride home whom she watches at a day care center, the boy died a few weeks later, he ran from the scene, got caught, and basically was let go. INS shipped him to the border, and the report is he is already back in the area, he works the fruit season up here.

    Exactly. Great explanation. The simple fact that someone broke our laws to even enter this country is reason enough to point it out.

    The bottom line is, they are criminals. They broke the law to get here, end of story. Every nation on earth has immigration laws but this one seems to be the only one that does hardly anything about it. Try emigrating to Mexico as an American citizen and see how far you get. Not only that, check into how Honduran immigrants are treated in Mexico. Canada, you have to be able to contribute to society in order to move there and there's a two year wait while they check you out. National sovereignty is priority number one everywhere but here, it seems.

    In other words, if you don't like it, you're in the minority because 85% of us spoke out against the McCain/Kennedy amnesty bill and let them know we won't tolerate it. That's just how it is.

    BTW, if you want to get into criminal statistics, Mexican illegals commit a disproportionate share of the crime in this nation in relation to their population.

    One other thing I wanted to add even though it's really nobody's business: My aunt is 100% Mexican (born there) and my cousins 50%. They agree with me, as do the huge majority of LEGAL immigrants.

    Sorry, this is WAAAAAYY off topic.

    Alright man. I have way too much to say about that, but I'm gonna cut it short and keep it simple. I'm gonna have to knock all your points to the floor.
    1) if you tried emigrating to Mexico, you would have NO problem. Mexico does not have strict borders, and for you to go there would be a piece of cake. You could live, work, and die there without ANY BS from the people. Thats why many Americans Do just that
    2)85% of VOTERS did not agree with whatever plan was offered. Not US population. MANY MANY Americans do not vote. Voters tend to be Middle aged, to elder White people. Do the research and you'll see
    3)National sovereignty is NOT #1 priority, its population typically is. Every developed country in the world has national healthcare for its people, THATS #1 priority, unlike the US who f*cks every1 with medical bills unless you have insurance
    4)Mexicans get CONVICTED of many crimes, theres many barriers that keep minorities in general encarcerated. The biggest for Mexicans is communication and language. The culture is so diverse and different. And although many crimes are higher in Mexicans, Serial Killers, Serial Rapists, and Mass destruction criminals (Una bomber etc..) are typically WHITE. Dont ignore that.
    5) Finally, I leave with you with the following facts:

    An August 2001 North American Integration and Development (NAID) Center study estimated that undocumented immigrants from Mexico contributed $154 billion to the U.S. GDP in 2000, including $77 billion to the Gross State Product of California, assuming the presence of 3 million undocumented Mexican immigrants nationwide. [5] Using a higher estimate of 4.5 million undocumented Mexican immigrants, their contribution to the GDP rose to $220 billion. If undocumented Mexican immigrants were to have suddenly disappeared, U.S. economic output would have declined by $155 billion. [6]

    A January 2001 report by the Social Security Administration concluded that undocumented immigrants "account for a major portion" of the more than $20 billion paid to Social Security between 1990 and 1998 that payees can never draw upon because the payments took place under names or Social Security numbers that don't match the agency's records.[7] Such payments totaled almost $4 billion in 1998.[8] The Urban Institute calculated that in 1995 undocumented immigrants in New York alone contributed over $1.1 billion in taxes

    And now I'll knock everything you just said right back to the floor where it belongs:

    1) Mexico has a single, streamlined law that ensures that foreign visitors and immigrants are:

    in the country legally;
    have the means to sustain themselves economically;
    not destined to be burdens on society;
    of economic and social benefit to society;
    of good character and have no criminal records; and
    contributors to the general well-being of the nation.

    The law also ensures that:

    immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;
    foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;
    foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics;
    foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;
    foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;
    those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison."

    2) The 85% figure is from POLLING DATA and has NOTHING to do with voting. Citizens swamped their Congressional representatives in droves and THAT is why McCain/Kennedy was shot down.

    3) National sovereignty IS #1 because you do not have a nation without it. Healthcare, you don't want to go there; I work in the healthcare industry. But I'll let you in on a little secret: Those nations who have free heathcare, their systems are FAILING. 50% income tax, months of waiting for a doctor visit/MRI/surgery, and many die while waiting. I'll leave it at that.

    4) What you've said here means nothing. They came here illegally and, legal or not, it's up to THEM to learn the language. Don't whine to me about "barriers" when we're talking about illegals because it's THEM that create the barriers. Come here legally, learn the language, and you'll have NO barriers. The fact is, you haven't disproved my statement that illegal Mexicans commit a disproportionate amount of crimes versus their population.

    5) Who cares? They're here illegally. How much is spent on arresting and prosecuting their crimes? How much is spent in emergency rooms where these illegals go and don't pay their bills? How much of the money they make is sent out of the country to their relatives? That more than offsets the benefits.
