This is a thread for our new small company and the products we plan to create and sell. Please refer to post #2 for product updates!


meraki [may-rah-kee] (adjective)

This is a word that modern Greeks often use to describe doing something with soul, creativity, or love — when you put “something of yourself” into what you’re doing, whatever it may be.

Background:
@justinalldredge19 and I are starting this small business known as Meraki Outfitters, to provide clothing and accessories to others who have the same mindset as us. The reason we decided to start this business was our love for outdoors and really our love for what is called overlanding - using our vehicles to get to those impossible parts of the country and to be able to explore. Our goal is to provide products of our own and hopefully other companies that assist in those with our common goal. Whether it be a weekend hiker or a true outdoorsmen to another overlander. We are working diligently to get our first products on the market. Although, we are in the beginning stages and starting small.

We would love to have your input, Tacoma World. Above is our logo that we have created. We plan to first start small with stickers and patches, and soon get into clothing suited for the outdoors such as shirts, hats, jackets, etc.

I work full time and Justin works full time and is doing school so this will be a small, and slow business. Please bear with us as we do our best to provide great products and service to you.

We have stickers! For sale to TW for $2.50 a piece, or 2 for $4.00. These are 3" in diameter. PayPal information will be PM'd to you, and shipping will be free USPS.



One of our next products is a patch of our logo. We will charge 8$/patch free USPS shipping for the first batch. Please let us know if you are interested! We have these in hand ready to ship!

Not sure how stickers, patches, shirts and hats are going to help me overland across Newfoundland, Labrador, and northern Quebec in two years, , but I'll keep an eye on ya!

I wouldn't change it except for some different variations of the colors. I like how the M and the O blend together.

 

haha you got us on that one! our personal products will be the clothing and accessory type that we design ourselves, specifically designed with outdoorsmen/women in mind. we would like to also be distributors one day for other companies that provide products suited to overlanding and exploring as well!
