What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Or not. It's not enough lean for me to worry about it on my truck.

 

Finally got around to this. Front is a bit high, but still need to mount winch & eventually skids. Also will need to fill that huge gap in the wheel well which means bigger tires of course

Every time I back up to a block wall or garage door I check the tailgate & have never noticed a lean. Both on stock suspension & my current AllPro leaf/Icon shock travel setup. There are tolerances at the factory, some trucks are textbook while others push the limit. Don't feel left out if you don't need the spacer

Warranty delete mod (surpassed 60k). With two payments left, the pay-it-off mod is next.

 

I've watched him do it, and helped.... most recently was when we put on my light bar. Seems easy, but I think I'd rather leave it to the professional.

 

Tried to fit it in the garage...will have to rearrange a few things. It almost fits...

In case you don't want to read it, it's a flasher relay for your blinkers. Long story short, you know how some new cars if you just flick the blinker bar real quick, it'll blink 3-4 times and shut off without you actually having to flip the lever?! Well, this thing will make it do that!

It replaces your OEM one.

Just put LEDs in my high mount brake light. A bit brighter, and it's a good thing I changed the bulbs when I did, since all 3 of the regular bulbs were "smoked" looking, or slightly burnt looking, so they might not have had much life left. Going to get my new driving light and light bar switches installed tomorrow, along with all the dash switch bulbs. I just can't get under there myself to do it, and I'm a mechanical klutz anyway. Will post pics when installed...

 

Ordering that now! I miss that feature from my 14 corolla I had before my Tacoma. Let me know how it works once you get it!

From what I've read, it plugs in behind the fuse panel, so seems like we'll have to get to that and take it off.
