Price will probably be $12 when Scott gets his parts installed.

After reading through the debacles involving replacement of OEM shackle bushings (even "new" ones like mine are a pain, let alone worn-out rusted ones), I kinda looked into what is out there as an alternative, and didn't find much. Well, anything. I started considering purchasing a set of new OEM shackles (only about $76 each ) that I could modify on my bench at my leisure in advance of lift day. Then I could resell my slightly used ones to someone else who really needs a set.

But then I run across another tip from @Crom, who himself only stumbled across it after going through the pain of just finishing his modified OEM shackles.

This things look awesome. I believe they can be used on the OEM shackle hangers and am asking a few questions to verify:

Hi. I have a few questions about your Toyota Tacoma 05-15 heavy duty leaf spring shackle, Part Number ATO5009.

Q: Can it be used on the stock OEM shackle mounts as a direct replacement without a flip kit or any other modification?
    A: Yes

Q: The description says the are greasable. Do they include a tapped zirc in both bushing housings? I don't see any in the pictures, so I'm not sure.
A: The bushing barrel has a grease zirc on it, it is on the opposite side of the barrel from the camera in the pictures.

Q: Will the spring side of the shackle accept an OME/Dakar (ARB SB108) leaf spring bushing with a tight fit?
A: The shackle will fit any spring that fits the stock shackle, so any spring that is advertised to fit the Tacoma. We are running the Dakars with the Dakar bushing set on my truck.

Q: Finally, the description says "price includes two shackles." So for $95, I get a pair of shackles, one shackle for each side of my truck, correct?
    A: Yes
EDIT: I had another googling after this post and discovered the source of the odd part number. ATO - Armor Tech Offroad. Apparently 4x bought them.

EDIT: updated with answers from Adam at 4xInnovations.

Why would you want to put that beautiful piece of finely engineered eye candy on this monstrosity?

    Really? He's awesome.

My sister bought this album, yes ALBUM, with VINYL and NEEDLES and shit, in Nineteen Hundred and 76 when it came out. I was 10. I loved it. I was learning to play trumpet, and this was my favorite.
