TBH, I drive at night so little, I'm not sure. I don't recall anything special the evening in the Maze driving out to the Maze Overlook camp ground. That was the mmost night driving I've done with the CB and Ham on. To be fair, I always have some RF, but most of it comes from the fridge when it cycles. My environment is definitely not S0 like Mr Timmys.

 

Neither is mine. But i know my hellas emit a lot of RF. Was curious if there where any new ballasts that helped cut that down.

 

Mine is the Morimoto stuff. Ballasts, bulbs and harness

And the interference i was referring to is with fm radio. I have stock head unit.

No seriously, the people in denver drive crazy. Rain sleet snow or shine. It is terrifying you'll get creamed by some idiot there. Worse then anywhere i have driven.

I generally didn't mind traffic. Jam time for me. Just relax and cruise. Get there just as fast as if you tried going fast. The thing I don't like about traffic is other people. If everyone is driving super aggressive its very stressful. if they are just driving. It's not bad.

Haha yea, I'm slowly starting a side fun for another wheeler. I want an old school pickup or 4runner.

Yea Im not excited about the people or traffic. Or the cost.

Sounds like I will be getting a vehicle allowance so yay new truck lol.

 

Oh i hate the people that go too slow. That annoys me. But people that thing they can drive like it is still dry out. I hate them more.

Lol well the allowance only covers certain things, so that will probably be a newer pickup, as I still will need to do field stuff probbaly or ever a car (cough cough s4). Bascially has to have 4 doors and be company approved. But ya as far as wheels like a 1st gen 4runner would be awesome.

My dream crawler is a 88 4runner with the 22re-t or a 3.4 swap and a 3 link front.

I'd go 4runner over wagoneer. IF I want a boat I'll go Tundra lol which may still be an option.

That would be awesome. I would go 3.4 over the re-t. It just never seemed to have the power to make it worth it.

Things are good Ben. Finally getting over my 3 week old head cold. Wishing winter was over, but nothing new there.

 

It is more for the cool factor to find one. Only made it for 87-88.
