I think that would be alot of work. The hole saw will take care of most of that. Dremel for cleaning up and the small holes that a drill bit is too small for?

    It's been a while since I installed mine but I'm almost positive it's 105mm / 4 1/8".

Those teeth look like they're for rough cutting into lumber. Got anything with a finer tooth per inch count?

I believe that @HomerTaco used a Dremel for his snorkel install.

Wait until you get the snorkel David. Then you can get the exact size saw that you need. Or wait until @stairgod , @Sub-Zero or @Blackout14 @uurx do their install. Then you can learn from their screwups and possibly use the the tool that has caused the least damage into virgin fenders

Remember, I adopted you and feel the need to protect your truck from all possible harm. :boink:

Edit: added @uurx to this fender cutting party.

The last Father's Day gift I got from @fatfurious2 was a frozen steak at camp at Rausch Creek. He put it on the grill rock solid frozen. I put it on his plate slightly cold/very rare.

Why would you intentionally use the wrong tool for the job?

I met him while I was going up camping invited him to go with us cause he was out wheeling alone. He just moved to AZ from Kansas for college. After the trip he started coming over about 3 times a week. Came to thanksgiving dinner and Christmas. So now we just adopted him. He has a 09 dcsb Toytec boss lift we installed last friday. Pelfrey 3 hoop front. Cai. All pro pack rack. And soon some sliders we will make. He isn't on here much. Busy guy between school and work.

Woah woah. I wouldn't say it is necessarily wrong. I can do it with a dremel and it saves me from buying a funky 4 1/8" hole saw!
