I'm trying to decide if I'm going to do mine this year... my taxes are going to be cray this year.

In my past experience it's always been chains OR 4wd. But you're right probably not worth it. Especially so late in the day

 

Well that and the tires look like shit....

 

I plan on going when I get back in a couple weeks. I'll have Duratracs on and 4X4 so I should be good.
Last time I went up was June and I was in the convertible... so much fun coming down way faster than is safe or legal.

Yah thats the only thing I really noticed that was a big diff on the tax to enter besides the kid standard deductible.

 

Hit me up if you want to make a meet of it. I used to go up all the time in my mr2 and street bikes. I love it up there. During the summer I camp on Bigelow road a ton

 

Will do, I don't have any bikes. There are too many people in Tucson who are terrible drivers and don't pay attention at all.

 

Yeah I sold all my bikes as well. Camper is way safer and cheaper to boot.

 

Speaking of bikes, been thinking about getting into riding mountain again, my bike is a little older (center pull brakes, to give an idea ) and I want to ride enough to justify an upgrade. Anyone interested in doing a regular ride meet on Saturday mornings or night rides? ( I have adequate lighting for night rides.)

 

I usually ride a few nights during the week with anywhere between 5 and 8 people. Phoenix Mountain Preserve, then South Mountain on the weekends

 

I'm being forced to ride in Sedona this weekend. Not happy about it.

If you don't mind the company, I'd like to get my fat ass back out there and start getting back into shape. You'll probably leave me in the dust though.

 

My Boxster is as close as I'm going to get to a bike right now, not as fast but still lots of fun.

 

I haven't owned anything with pedals since I was 13. I was going to at least ride the stationary bike at work this last week but then I got the Man Cold and was near death.

 

Oh shit, the Man Cold, glad we didn't lose ya bro! That is serious.
