We've got a stomach virus going around the passenger area at the airport, we've had a shit ton of paramedic visits for sick passengers

Yeah, taking delays left and right for it too.

 

Sounds like food poisoning to me. Passengers from different places, coming to the airport and getting sick. Hmmm...?

 

Ebola making a comeback. It's a bout time too the government could use a good old fashioned distraction again

 

The norovirus (severe stomach bug) is going around our office as well. Has hospitalized a couple people with severe dehydration.

How I look & feel..

 

Yea. The junkie thing. I felt exactly like that a couple years ago.
After my hip replacement in 2014, I somehow climbed in my truck with crutches to go pic up my meds. (The hard core opiates).
After retrieving them, I got home and sat them on the kitchen counter, next to a sink full of pots and pans I had soaking.
Opened the container and got my dose for a few hours.....and forgot to twist the cap lock.

Picked it up to move it......over the sink....
And 25 of the 30 meds fell into the sink. Lol.

I was so mad I could spit!! I had no choice but to call the doctor and telll him what had happened. When I went back for the script, everyone looked at me like I was dealing oxys on the street. I felt terrible....for like 5 mins. Lol.

 

When my back went out in April the first thing the Doctor wanted to do was prescribe some kinda Oxy painkiller. I told her I'd rather do something non narcotic she looked at me like I grew a third eye. BTW the next day I went to the Chiropractor and was all good after an adjustment

 

yeah, its bad enough the pharmacist looks at me funny to start with, let alone going back for a different script right after picking up what is basically a fuck ton of Adderall.... the doc wasnt paying attention and prescribed three times the dosage im supposed to be on....

 

With the bug, I saw a news article about it spreading in st. Louis. Definitely some viral type thing going around.

Tried to stay up on my day off. Ended up passing out at 6pm, woke up at 330am. Fun times.

Dead in here tonight. I was off again and fell asleep at 7 again. Should be fun trying to stay up for work tonight!

 

Slept as late as I could today. I have off fri and sat night! I'll work tonight and make myself stay up all day tomorrow. Anyone else totally fvck up their sleep schedule just for 2 days lol

 

Nope. Dangerous and unhealthy! Stay on schedule. Documented correlation between sleep deprivation and accident rates and other unhealthy consequences.
