    Dude, love your revised rod holder, would you consider building and selling one? I have 2 fly rods that are 9' 6" and this would work out very good. let me know I am interested.

    20170119_174342522_iOS.jpg Slightly different, low tech take on the rail mount rod holder. T-slots are the way to go. Got mine from Grizzly, about a buck a piece, shipped. I need my rack to accommodate 2-piece surf rods for long trips, once on the beach they go into the front mount rack. Love the adjustability with the knobs.

    I hadn't ever considered selling them since they are so simple to make. Let me think about it. If I do, I would just make a set, send them to you, and you could pay what you think they are worth. Might even just send you the holders I have already. Im not using them with my Softopper. Fair warning though. The fit and finish isn't the best. I was just concerned with speed and function.
