The same shit everyone else has.
Are the Mictuning switches manufactured well? I wanna replace my light bar switch with a new one that looks more OEM.

How well do they fit? They show them as being direct replacements.

They sell switches sold as "Toyota Tacoma 2012 – On Center Only" fitment. I assume this mean below the HVAC panel. Do these fit older model truck with the 3 slot lower panels? Mictuning shows them being 22mmx32.5mm, which is the same size as the blanks in my '11.

They sell both an Orange and Red lit switch, which one match the OEM amber lighting better? The red looks like it matches the OEM switches better than the orange, it looks too dull.

    Any input appreciated.

This that and the other thing.
ordered a usb charging port, said it would fit under hvac, didn't lol pretty sure the company is based out of china somewhere haha I would check out CH4x4 they look the exact same and probably are, but I trust them more then I do mictuning, others have had good experiences with the mictuning so this is my opinion and CH4x4 has stock amber as an option

I have a mictuning switch in my truck. It fits very well and have not had any quality issues other than the seller sent me the wrong one twice. I have it in one the blank spaces to the left of the steering column next to the OE fog light switch.

I have one for my light bar. 39mm x 20mm. The fit is good. The quality is OK. Not as smooth as the OEM switches. I ordered the orange thinking that it would match. It's more amber. Don't know if I actually got the orange. Red would probably be a better match.

The one I have is white. Very bright. If you do a search for mictuning, there are a few pictures that people posted.

Ah. I think I remember someone saying the orange wasn't quite right and they thought red would be closer. If you don't have one by the time I get my truck back, I'll get some pictures. I'll be adding a couple new switches and will try the amber first.

I have blue for driving lights and red for spots. They fit perfect under my HVAC. Pissed me off that they did not come with wiring diagram. Once I calmed down I found one on line. They are a little bright but my ATRAC light is stupidly dim. Tacomas have some of the crappiest back lighting of any vehicle I have owned. Especially the lack of it on certain controls.

I have used ch4x4 and AOB. They both are just as nice as OE. My only complaint is that the light is so much brighter than OEM switches.

The first one i had i melted down cause i wired it without a relay. The new one has been great so far. Its pretty bright at night but doesnt bother me cause of the location.

you have to use a relay with these switches. They are only rated for like 3 amps. I would use a relay on any 12v switch in a vehicle.

Yes, I would also recommend that if you put the relay in your engine compartment (and its not an aux panel) that a weather resistant relay be used.

I've had a few. Both of my light bar switches have had upper LED failures. One was bad in the package, the other (replacement) failed in a month.

They're great, but you get what you pay for.

Yep! I learned that lesson the hard way. Couldnt figure out what the burning smell was until i tried to turn the switch off and it was really hot. I reached under the dash and popped it out and unplugged. It was melted all to shit. Nearly burned my truck down cause a stupid mistake.

Thanks for posting the pics. Id be 100% unhappy with that match if it was my truck.

The more I think about it, the more I think I just wanna use an OEM switch that way I know itll work correctly and match 100%...

Here are mine (not a real good picture) The left and right ones are mictuning "orange" the middle ones were whatever color was cheapest. I then took out the little leds and soldered in orange ones. the biggest issue is that I don't have mine hooked up to the dimmer, so they are a little brighter than the factory ones.Center switches.jpg
