I'm pretty sure the inflatable T-Rex costume is the best invention of 2016.

Honestly, if either Audrey Hepburn or Keira Knightly were to just stare into my eyes with just the slightest of suggestive looks, they would make me pregnant.

    And @LTDSC re: RTT...

They're pretty awesome. Ain't gonna lie. The biggest drawback I had was taking it on and off the truck. It's heavy and awkward and my garage isn't high enough for a lift system. I don't like keeping it up there all the time.

Other than that it's raaaaaaaad. Light years better than sleeping on the ground. Setup is quicker, but mostly just far more badass. I use the Annex every time, and it has saved my bacon on multiple occasions. Insane winds down kn the coast in Baja, rain and mud up here, hot as balls in Moab, all times when my RTT with Annex was a lifesaver.

If you only camp 2-4 times a year in ideal conditions in improved campgrounds then it really won't be worth it.

Use of the RTT can extend your camping season, making spring, fall and winter camp trips possible.

All in all, IF YOU WILL USE IT. It's worth it. If it's just gonna sit, save your $$

Thing is, there a few nice rivers to fish in the winter around Cal. Don't need to sit on some frakin' ice pack to do it.

There is possibility for an RTT group buy on unbranded tents from a big brand name manufacturer.

If any of you have seen @Iggy's RTT, that's the manufacturer.

Awnings and annexes are on the table too, if anybody is hungry.

I've been talking to the manufacturer for months, and Iggy and I have mostly everything covered and setup except interest and buyers.

If anybody wants to drop interest here, please do.

Would, and it's the best deal of any RTT on the market.

There's also options for hard clamshell tents the Autohomes.

    Yup.

I don't believe I can mix soft and hard RTTs in an order but if minimum quantities can be met here or across other forums as well, then no problems.

Hmmm, tempting. I REALLY want to get our more this summer, but the wife and baby wouldn't be into the RTT. Be more for me and my 6 year old. I constantly debate it because a regular tent is $200 and works just fine...
